Clearwater Ranch began in 2018 with the purchase of an 84-acre property at the base of a scenic hillside, driven by a vision to create a permanent home for adults with developmental disabilities. What started as a collaborative dream with families has grown into a thriving, integrated community in the oak-covered hills of Sonoma County’s wine country, where residents now live with dignity, purpose, and joy.
